The 3rd Annual “Topeka Railroad Festival” is coming up soon and we need your help!  The   Festival will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Great Overland Station.  Last year’s event was a huge success; we had a wonderful response from the community and we hope to have even more participants this year.

The Topeka Railroad Festival is a fun way for people of all walks of life to celebrate Topeka’s rich railroad heritage.  Admission is affordable at only $5.00 for everyone age 7 and older; 6 and under will be free.  With over 4,000 attendees and over 100 volunteers logging over 500 hours of service, last year’s Festival was truly a community event.

We believe the Topeka Railroad Festival is on its way to becoming one of Topeka’s premier events!  Please be a part of this renewed Topeka tradition and sponsor at one of the following levels:  Trainmaster $10,000, Conductor $5,000, Engineer $2,500, Brakeman $1,00, Porter $500, or Passenger $250.
