50% TAX CREDITS for

$1,000 minimum - $5,000 maximum

The Great Overland Station would greatly appreciate your support by using these tax credits.  We are a 501 (c) 3 Not for Profit.  Our operational funding comes from memberships, admissions, brick sales, donations, contributions and rentals of the facility.  You will not only being helping the Great Overland Station with your donation but will also have the advantage of the 50% tax credit for 2009.

Donations of $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 made to the Railroad Heritage, Inc.

are eligible for these tax credits.

It is a great program designed to help qualified Kansas Partnership Historic Sites that

make a contribution to the Kansas history and its interpretation.  

 We are honored to be so recognized and happy to pass on this benefit to our supporters.   

We only have $32,000 remaining for these tax credits.

Discounted Facility Rental Fees

(new rentals only)

 

December 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010

 

We have reduced our rental fees from 10% to 20%.  This is for new rentals only.  We still have dates available for your holiday party in December. 

Consider having a sit down and served Harvey House holiday party.  Leave the planning and decorating to us.

  You just pick from our 4 menu selection,  have a tour of the station, and spend the time with your staff, friends, or family.

This will be a 4 hour timeframe with a minimum of 25 people required.

Fink Exhibit Gallery where we've created the Land of Oz in Kansas!

"All Aboard the Oz Express!" opens August 1 and runs through December 31st

In celebration of the 70th anniversary of MGM's classic, "The Wizard of Oz."

 We invite kids of all ages to come aboard to experience again the charm of this magical story!

Fink Exhibit Gallery at the Great Overland Station

 

“Kansans Tell Their Stories” is now open at the Great Overland Station. The Topeka show is part of a statewide tour developed by the Kansas Humanities Council and is on display at the Great Overland Station through January 15, 2010.
